Our ETL approved extruded sign cabinets can be ordered with or without vacuum formed X15 Acrysteel Acrylic or Lexan Polycarbonate sign faces in three types:

• Pan Smooth
• Pan Embossed
• Flat

Sign faces are manufactured using X15 Acrysteel Acrylic or GE Solar Grade Lexan Polycarbonate, including the Pigmented White Lexan.

Two cabinet options:

• Single Face (Single Sided or Wall Sign/Can)
• Double faced (Double Sided. Stand alone. Goes on the pole)

Corner options:

• Square (Standard)
• 9" radius
• 6" radius
• Custom radius

Mounting methods:

1. Wall Mount - Best suited for hanging on wall or from overhang. Good for mounting onto base or into wall hollow.
2. Saddle mount - Goes onto new pole sold with sign.
3. Wrap Around - Made to fit existing center pole.
4. Between poles (corner brackets) - Goes between existing pole structures.
5. Center Pole Mount (Stub & Rings) - includes an internal pole which fits into the top of an existing pole.
6. Plate Mount - Internal pole and plate match existing pole with plate top.
7. Cantilever - Resembles Highways signs hanging over the road.

Quality Paint and Preparation Techniques:

All sign cabinets are treated with a light acid wash, disk sanded before painting to ensure the best adhesion and consistent coverage. We use the Mathews ® brand paint system--and in addition to offering a large stock of standard colors--can also create custom matched colors using our computer controlled mixing stations.

• Ballast (By Lighting Components, Inc.)

• Aluminum back (absent in Double Sided cabinets)
• Square or radius corners
• Horizontal or vertical lamping (GE High Output Cool White Flourescent)
